Who is responsible

The controller for any personal data processed through this website is the company named in the Legal Notice. You can reach us using the contact details published there.

What we collect

We do not ask you for any personal data on this website. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no registration and no comment function. We only process the following:

• Server log data: when you open the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and misuse.
• Language preference: if you choose a language using the switcher, that choice is stored locally in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device, is not a cookie, is not linked to you and is not used for tracking.
• Telephone contact: if you call the number published on this site, the call is handled by the telephone network in the ordinary way. We keep only what we need to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.

Legal basis and retention

Server log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is kept only for as long as needed for that purpose, after which it is deleted or anonymised by the hosting provider.

The language preference is stored on your device only because you explicitly chose it. Under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC it is strictly necessary to provide the function you requested, so it does not require consent. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

If you contact us by phone about a project, we process your details on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and keep them for as long as the enquiry or the resulting contract requires, plus any statutory retention periods.

No tracking, no third-party content

This website does not use analytics, advertising networks, social-media plugins, embedded third-party video players, or any cookie used for profiling. No consent banner is shown because nothing on this site requires consent.

Typefaces are served from our own server. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service, so your IP address is not disclosed to them.

Processors and international transfers

The website is operated on infrastructure provided by our hosting provider, who acts as a processor under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR). If that provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to have processing restricted, to receive your data in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in the Legal Notice.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Montenegro that is the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information; in the EU, it is the authority in your country of residence.

Children

This website is aimed at people seeking construction and renovation services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children.

Changes

If we add features that process personal data, such as a contact form, we will update this policy before those features go live.
